Experienced Residential Roofer
Experienced roofer installer needed for steady, year-round, full-time work. Work includes residential, installation and repair.Job Duties:
• Assists Foreman and crew members in safety and job setup
• Performs measurement of different roof materials
• Handles and secures material
• Frequently lifts and carries material (30 – 50 pounds), occasionally more
• Operates hand tools and power tools in a safe manner
• Takes down all materials and equipment
• Job site cleanup

Qualifications:
• At least 5 years experience in asphalt roofing.
• Experience locating and fixing leaks without assistance
• Able to work with others on the team – co-workers, contractors, estimators, supervision
• Able to use a computer to maintain job records and enter time worked.
• Valid drivers license

Requirements:
• Must have basic knowledge of Math
• Must have common sense
• Must be able to ascend/descend ladders and work at various heights
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel and stoop
• Must possess strong attention to detail Must wear proper PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) Must be on time, be responsible and be reliable
• Must take initiative and ask about other work that needs to be completed
• Must provide own transportation to and from job sites
• Must provide own hand tools and work boots
